Hal
is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hal H. Harris, Inc. Hal has been
a licensed real estate broker for nearly 20 years. He is an adept negotiator
and a task driven professional. He has successfully completed a great
many commercial, retail, office and residential transactions. Hal’s
experience includes serving as vice president for a national real estate
development firm that has built over 1000 units in various states. As CEO, Hal oversees the company’s day to day operations, agent engagements, business development and business plan implementation. Hal reviews company engagements and assigns appropriate teams to achieve the objectives of the firm’s clients. Hal completed all required training for the coveted and highest certification available for real estate auctioneers; the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE). Hal received his real estate related education and training from New York University, Weichert Real Estate School and the Urban Land institute. Hal was/is a Director on the various non-profit Boards including 100 Black Men, Inc., Barrier Free Living, Freedom House, Homesteader Federal Credit Union, Bronx Arts Ensemble, Habitat for Humanity (East Harlem), Inner City Youth League and The NYC 2012 Olympics Committee, Hal has also served as Co-Chair of Public School 24 School Leadership Team (in Riverdale), Treasurer of Dance Theater of Harlem’s Volunteer Parent Group and is currently Chairman of H.O.P.E. Builders, Inc. Hal’s professional affiliations include his membership in the Bronx/Manhattan North Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Association of Auctioneers. Hal enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling and volunteering in public schools and his church. |
