Leticia
specializes in the sale of condominiums and cooperatives. As licensed
real estate salesperson she works under the supervision of the company’s
experienced brokers. Leticia is one a very few women trained and licensed
as a real estate auctioneer. Through Leticia Hal H. Harris, Inc. offers
our clients, as value added service, a time defined sale
of their real estate assets via the Sale By Auction method. Leticia has
completed all required training for the coveted and highest certification
available for professional real estate auctioneers; Accredited Auctioneer
Real Estate (AARE). Leticia is a member of the National Association of
Auctioneers. Leticia received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in communications from the City College of New York. She applies her training and experience from past work in investor relations, public relations and the hospitality industries to the firm’s advertising, public relations and marketing campaigns. Leticia is an active parent volunteer; serving as co-vice president of the Computer School Parent Association. Leticia enjoys time with family & friends, meeting people, playing piano, eating delicious foods and hosting social events. |
